Robert 'Bob' Richards

Posted on 01:31 by Unknown

Nationality: American

Occupation: Martial Arts prodigy

Age: 27

Bob (full name Robert Richards) is a fighter who hails from America as a martial arts legend. However, due to being unable to defeat larger opponents, Bob disappears from the fighting world and remains in hiding for a few years, with many wondering about his whereabouts.

With The King of Iron Fist Tournament 6 drawing near, Bob finally returns, and stuns everyone with his new figure, that of a morbidly obese man. Though Bob claims to have engineered his body to increase his weight and strength while maintaining his speed, few believe him, and most of his fans lose their faith and respect for him.

In order to test his new power and regain his popularity, Bob enters The King of Iron Fist Tournament 6.´Tekken developer and Executive Producer of Tekken 6 Katsuhiro Harada describes Bob as "a freestyle karate practitioner from the U.S."

Endings

Tekken 6

After winning the tournament, Bob became a worldwide sensation. His schedule was filled with TV and magazine interviews, with his training secrets becoming unearthed. After cameras take multiple photos, a poster of his obese self appears on the wall, with a blurry image of Bob walking by. He weighs himself in his exercise room, where he discovers he only weighs a shocking 150 lbs on a scale. He steps off, wondering if it was just an illusion, then weighs himself again. After looking at the number once more, he says the following: "It can't be right... How can I only be 150 lbs!?" The camera then shows Bob, wearing heavy clothing covering a skinnier and slimmer body, and he screams in horror, accepting the fact that all of his famous weight vanished without him ever knowing it. He then proceeds to bang his head on the wall, only to be found in the middle of the floor passed out.

Trivia
  •  Bob is described as "a freestyle karate practitioner from the U.S." by Tekken 6 developer and executive producer Katsuhiro Harada.
  •  In Tekken 6, Bob can be customized to look like a Power Ranger, and HUNK from Resident Evil.
  •  Bob is also similiar to Street Fighter IV's Rufus. They are both overweight fighters who are both amazingly fast for their sizes and have blond hair.

Street Fighter X Tekken takes this a step further, featuring a trailer in which Rufus (somehow) mistakes Bob for Ken Masters and attacks him.

  •  Bob is probably inspired by the ninja Haru, protrayed by the deceased actor Chris Farley in the 1997 movie "Beverly Hills Ninja".
  •  Bob has no official character relationships.
  •  His first 2 opponents in the Arena Mode are Ganryu and Paul Phoenix.
  • Bob is also an Playable character in Tekken Tag 2 Tournament

    • Age Unknown
    • Blood Type        Unknown

    • Occupation Unknown
    • Hobby Unknown
    • Likes Lars Alexandersson, Doctor Boskonovitch, Jin Kazama, Lee Chaolan, Raven and      Tougou
    • Dislikes G-Corporation and Kazuya Mishima

Alisa Bosconovitch is a character that has appeared in Tekken 6: Bloodline Rebellion. She is an android created by Doctor Boskonovitch able to sprout wing-like jets from her back allowing her to briefly fly at great speed during fights, sprout chainsaws from her arms (this is one of her stances, "Destroy Form"), and remove her head during moves such as one of her grapples, "Head Explosion". She has pink hair and green eyes.
Her first outfit consists of white shoes, black stockings, a purple and pink dress that ends in a skirt, with her breasts being covered in a bra-like manner, with the strings going around her neck, and white gloves covering her hands and long purple gloves covering most of her arms, and she also has two flowers embedded into her hair at her right side. Her second outfit consists of red shoes, white socks, a red jumper dress with two stripes, one gold and one white, at the bottom, a short-sleeved white blouse underneath, and white bracelets around her hands.
Her fighting style appears to incorporate dance into some of her moves, similar to Emilie Rochefort's fighting style. Alisa's tagline is "The steel maiden who has awakened from a long slumber." ([2]). Katsuhiro Harada, Tekken developer and executive producer of Tekken 6, describes her as "a robot created in the image of Dr. Bosconovitch's daughter." However, her journal entries in Scenario Campaign imply that some part of her may be human.
Unlike most robots, Alisa possesses emotions. She is a very kind-hearted individual. She speaks in a polite manner and is sensitive to others' feelings. She also knows family values as well; as evidenced when she tells Lars to not point a gun to his father, Heihachi. She does not want to fight and hurt her enemies. Obviously, she is very intelligent, often speaking in technical terms. In some situations, when people call Alisa a robot, she denies that fact and insists that she is a human being. When she was commanded by Jin, she doesn't recognize Lars, she performs his commands at full efficiency, and performs deadly abilities. Although, this could have been caused because at one point during the command, Jin tells Alisa to disable safe-mode and then reboot. This could be the reason why Alisa wouldn't answer Lars pleas as not to fight her.

Lee is against Kazuya Mishima and G Corporation, just like Lars and Alisa. Near the end, it is revealed that Alisa was built to protect Jin Kazama. Alisa betrays Lars and later a big battle eccors, Lars then fights Jin Kazama. His nephew explains about the chaos he started around the world. It was a theory by a woman named Zafina. Story (Unofficial Spoiler)

The film takes place between the events of Tekken 5 and Tekken 6. Begins with Anna Williams setting up a decoy for her sister, Nina Williams, who is currently working with the new head of the Mishima Zaibatsu, Jin Kazama. Anna, on the other hand, works for Jin's father, Kazuya Mishima and its rival organization, G Corporation. Alisa first appeared when she crashed to Ling Xiaoyu when Xiaoyu walks around the school. At the first sight, Xiaoyu felt different with Alisa, mainly because she is not wearing a school uniform. After Shin tried to suicide, Alisa and Xiaoyu talk for the first time, giving Xiaoyu the information of Shin that has been tried to suicide twice. When Xiaoyu spied on Shin, Alisa is spying him as well, and she told Xiaoyu that she has a crush on Shin. In fact, she's actually a humanoid robot sent by the Mishima Zaibatsu to seek information about Shin.
When Shin was captured by unknown assailant, both of them fight each other, and Alisa revealed to Xiaoyu that she is actually a robot. While fight, Anna comes between them, and knocks Alisa down easily. Xiaoyu is abandoned by Anna and G Corporation, and when the Tekken Force about to kill them, Panda arrives at time to save them. In forest, while hiding from the Tekken Force, they were found by Xiaoyu's happy-go-lucky teaher Lee Chaolan whose actually a very rich man, as he owned a house with sixty one bedroom, and he let Alisa, Xiaoyu and Panda to hide in his house.
Now teamed up, Xiaoyu and Alisa tried to search about Shin in Xiaoyu's old school, the Mishima High, eventually discovered genetic experiments had been done on Shin and his classmates, and believed that the Mishima family is seeking Shin, the sole survivor, and M gene subject, for his immortality. They also discovered that this was enginered by Heihachi Mishima. Back in Lee's house, Alisa finally managed to find Shin, but when they arrived there, they were surprised to see not only Shin, but also Kazuya, Jin, and Heihachi himself. When Shin attacks Heihachi, he blocked him easily and kill Shin.
Eventually the three (Kazuya, Jin and Heihachi) fight, making the temple collapse, but Xiaoyu is saved in time by Alisa. As they flee from the scene, Jin knocks Heihachi away to a river, but got knocked down by Kazuya in his devil form. Ultimately Jin also utilizing his devil power, and beats Kazuya down. In process, Alisa is severely damaged after crushed by Kazuya. However, Heihachi then unleashes the ancient spirits of the Mokujins, and now knocks Devil Jin easily. Xiaoyu cried about how useless all the fights are, and when her tear dropped to Alisa's machines, it triggers her alive. Alisa then sacrifices herself with her rocket from her arms, attacking Heihachi, and giving Devil Jin the chance to unleash his greatest technique, defeating Heihachi.
After Heihachi is defeated, Jin tells Xiaoyu that he awaits for a "future challenge", sets Alisa alive again before leaving. Several days later, Xiaoyu and a now fully repaired Alisa (possibly repaired by Lee), are sitting in the school party, talking about if they should entered the next tournament together.

    Yoshimitsu

    Posted on 23:57 by Unknown
    Yoshimitsu

    Yoshimitsu of the Manji Clan

    Nationality : Japanese

Occupation : Leader of the Manji Clan

    Age : Unknown

    Alignment
    : Good

Yoshimitsu (吉光) makes his first appearance in 1994's Tekken. In the game's story, Yoshimitsu enters the first tournament as a decoy, so that other members of the Manji Party can steal the tournament's funds unobserved.
    Yoshimitsu in Tekken 1

    Tekken 1

As head of the Manji party, Yoshimitsu entered the King of Iron Fist Tournament as a distraction, to allow the Manji to steal the tournament's funds unobserved. Whilst participating, Yoshimitsu encountered Ganryu, a corrupt sumo wrestler. Contemptuous of Ganryu's disrespect for the sumo code, Yoshimitsu stole Ganryu's ill gotten money and gave it to the poor.

Ending: Yoshimitsu and some other Manji clan members ride through what appears to be an alley of a village. They are on horses. Some people are in this alley. Yoshimitsu opens a box, and a lot of dollar bills come out of it. Marshall Law opens his mouth wide, while Marshall's wife and a young Forrest Law looks at the falling money happily. Yoshimitsu looks back at the people as him and his Manji Clan members are shown riding away. The three of them wave goodbye. Yoshimitsu and his Manji clan members are shown riding away again. The phrase "The End" is then shown in white letters on a black screen.

    Tekken 2
    Yoshimitsu in Tekken 2

Yoshimitsu learned that the scientist named Boskonovitch, who once saved his life, had been abducted by Kazuya Mishima. To rescue Boskonovitch, he entered the King of Iron Fist Tournament 2, and was able to save his friend.
Ending: A white helicopter is shown flying away. Yoshimitsu looks up at it. Then, he jumps onto the helicopter and breaks the windshield. Yoshimitsu grabs Doctor Boskonovitch and jumps out of the helicopter. Yoshimitsu uses his prosthetic arm and his sword to hover as the helicopter explodes in the background. Then, the camera focuses on Yoshimitsu.

    Tekken 3

    Yoshimitsu in Tekken 3
Lending a helping hand... Boskonovitch created the Cold Sleep machine during his experiments in his search for eternal life. The technology, still unproven, was used to preserve his young daughter, who suddenly passed away. Yoshimitsu raised research funds, and as the leader of the Manji party, he helped the poor and disadvantaged.
Yoshimitsu visited Boskonovitch when he learned of the many martial artist disappearances. Yoshimitsu was surprised to find Boskonovitch suffering from a mysterious pathological organism. It's believed to have been contracted during lab experiments while making the Cold Sleep machine.
Boskonovitch claims he needs blood from Ogre to live. Indebted to Boskonovitch for saving his life, Yoshimitsu enters the tournament to help an old friend.

Ending: A bubbling green substance is shown in a jar labeled "Ogre's Blood". Yoshimitsu is shown looking at a rat in a cage. Next, it is revealed that Doctor Boskonovitch is beside him. They are apparently testing Ogre's blood on the rat. The rat starts to drink it. Yoshimitsu and Doctor Boskonovitch turn their heads and look at each other. After a few seconds, they go back to watching the rat drink Ogre's blood. The rat turns its face so that it is facing the screen. Dramatic music starts playing. Yoshimitsu is shown running out of the building while holding Doctor Boskonovitch under one of his arms. The rat, now gigantic, bursts through the building.

    Tekken 4
    Yoshimitsu in Tekken 4

As the leader of the Manji Party, Yoshimitsu dedicated himself to providing food, medical assistance, and shelter to the ever-increasing number of political refugees around the world. Unfortunately, with a constant lack of necessary funding and manpower, Yoshimitsu was unsure about the future of his organization.

When Yoshimitsu heard about The King of Iron Fist Tournament 4, he envisioned a union between the Manji Party and the Mishima Zaibatsu. With this dream in mind, Yoshimitsu decides to enter the Tournament immediately. He must defeat Heihachi Mishima at any cost.

    Ending:

Yoshimitsu is shown walking up to Heihachi Mishima, who is surrounded by a bunch of men in suits, in the Mishima Manor. Heihachi refuses to hand over his company to the Manji, and prepares to have Yoshimitsu killed. Before he can, he is interrupted with the news that the Manji have airlifted the vault, Yoshimitsu having anticipated Heihachi's actions. Heihachi's men attack Yoshimitsu, but he escapes, flying through the roof.

    Tekken 5

    Yoshimitsu in Tekken 5
    Tekken 5

Yoshimitsu. A ninja helping the poor. While breaking into the Mishima Zaibatsu's vault,he found an injured Bryan Fury and helped him escape. A month later, when Yoshimitsu visits Dr. Boskonovitch's lab,he finds his comrades dead. This was Bryan's thanks. "He shall pay for what he has done," says Yoshimitsu. Learning Bryan will fight in The King Of Iron Fist Tournament 5,Yoshimitsu sharpens his sword and enters the fray.

    Ending:

Bryan Fury is shown walking with a Gatling Gun, then halts, and starts to initiate it's catastrophic power, to a withered pillar. In the midst of confusion of his action, Yoshimitsu is then seen visible to dash, avoiding getting hit by The Gatling Gun. as the Gatling Gun's bullets close to Yoshimitsu, he then disappears. Bryan Fury is now verifying Yoshimitsu's location. Yoshimitsu is then visible in the air, while doing an abundance of spins with his sword(Yoshimitsu) towards Bryan Fury's location. While being suprised, Yoshimitsu's attack is successful. Bryan then yells out an angered cry, and is then is dismantled dust. Yoshimitsu then mentions, "Retribution" (most likely to Bryan's betrayal, and murder of the Manji Clan members, as well as Doctor Boskonovitch's fall from Bryan Fury).

     Tekken 6
    Yoshimitsu in Tekken 6

    Tekken 6
Trying to avenge his fallen Manji clan comrades, while going after Bryan Fury, Yoshimitsu realizes that his sword is weakening. His sword is a cursed blade. By killing evil doers and villains the sword would retain its power, otherwise the cursed sword will make the user go insane. Yoshimitsu realizes that he can no longer use his old sword and decides to use another blade called Fumaken, that seals the properties of the cursed sword. He then decides to enter The King of Iron Fist Tournament 6.

    Ending:

After defeating Azazel, Yoshimitsu then walks toward him. The Mystical Orb (within Azazel's chest), is then held by Yoshimitsu, then levitates; then in an instant, is swirling around Yoshimitsu, then to his cursed sword. Yoshimitsu then struggles just to hold his (Yoshimitsu)sword, which has been consumed/strengthened by the orb in Azazel's chest, to become an even more forbidden power. Yoshimitsu is then shown to try to recover from the sword's transformation (,with an esoteric aura from Azazel's Orb within his chect) , then laughs hysterically. He then sends an immensely powerful slash that is then shown outside of Azazel's chamber, to have severed a part of the chamber. What happens next, is unknown.

    Tekken Tag 2 Tournament
Yoshimitsu is also playable character in Tekken tag 2 Tournament.

In 2006, Namco released a Yoshimitsu figurine as part of a Tekken 5 set based upon his promotional artwork for the game. While not posable, the PVC figure came with equipable clothing items modeled after those in the game.
Yoshimitsu is one of only four characters to appear in every Tekken game, along with Heihachi Mishima, Paul Phoenix and Nina Williams. Additionally, Yoshimitsu appears in Namco's Soul series of fighting games, making his debut to the series in Soulcalibur as an unlockable character and returning for the subsequent installments.

In the 2009 live-action film Tekken, Yoshimitsu is portrayed by stuntman Gary Ray Stearns. He participates in the Iron Fist tournament and is pitted against Jin Kazama. While Yoshimitsu holds his own and nearly kills him, Jin eventually defeats him with a punch directly into his masked face after Yoshimitsu is distracted by an alarm.
